Teachers Training
In order to teach in Nepal, it isn’t necessary to have followed specific training or have a university education. It is within this context that "ECOLIERS du MONDE" intervenes to finance training for teachers who work in state schools.
In the school in Kirtipur in Nepal, the association has decided to answer the training needs of the teacher team.  Click to enlarge Montessori training The main part of this training took place after classes. Montessori: 36 hours, 2 1/2 hours a day for 14 days Sport: 6 hours = 2 hours a day for 3 days Music: 6 hours = 2 hours a day for 3 days Science of education: 12 hours: 2 hours a day for 6 days. A total of 60 hours Certain courses were done during the classes with the children The trainers say that the course has been very positive, the impact on the teachers, the children and the families has been important. This training course has largely contributed to increasing the motivation of the teaching team.
